YOUTH ENRICHMENT
Join us as we reintroduce Youth Field Hockey to our area!
Our "Grassroots" program is a great way to get introduced to the sport, or continue practicing and sharing the love of this Olympic Sport.
Through a variety of field hockey drills and games, participants will practice all of the techniques used in the sport, such as: dribbling, passing and receiving, ball control, shooting, defensive tackling, positioning, etc.
This program is open to all skill levels, youth aged 6 years - 18 years.
Field Hockey Sticks, balls, and goalie gear are available; participants are not required to bring their own.
We have a limited number of Shin Guards available to borrow for new Participants, please RSVP to your session to ensure we have a pair available if you need.
Field Hockey is played on a Turf field
All Participants are required to wear shin guards and Tennis/ Running or Turf Shoes, please no cleats.
Mouth Guards are highly recommended and required for scrimmages.
(Field hockey shin guards are different from soccer; they must be purchased online, no stores in Washington carries them)

Saturdays
Our Fall Clinics take place prior to the Women's Field Hockey Club's sessions, once they are ready to take the field we will wrap-up. Each of our sessions will be approximately 45min long.

Dec 6th: 8:30am – Washington Park Playfield (scrimmage)
Group Rate Available for:
Camp Fire, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, etc.
