USA FIELD HOCKEY CLUB
YOUTH AFTERSCHOOL ENRICHMENT
WINTER/SPRING 2024 January 30th - May 28th

Through a variety of field hockey drills and games, participants will practice all of the techniques used in the sport, such as: dribbling, passing and receiving, ball control, shooting, defensive tackling, positioning, etc.
This program is open to all skill levels, youth aged 9 years - 18 years.
Field Hockey Sticks will be provided.
Participants are required to bring their own: Tennis Shoes, Field Hockey Shin Guards, Mouth Guard.
(Field hockey shin guards are different from soccer; they must be purchased online, no stores in Washington carries them)
Tuesdays - 3:30pm - 5:00pm
Additionally, USA Field Hockey membership required, please purchase membership and select 1UP Recreation club: https://www.usafieldhockey.com/types-of-membership
Registration will remain open. Season fee will be prorated for remaining sessions at time of registration.
